98 ML320 spark plugs

Has anyone used the motor craft finewire double platinum plugs in the ml320. According to advance auto parts they cross reference to this vehicle. They also recommend these G-Power Single Platinum; BKR5EGP; Plugs - SOHC & 2 plugs/Cylinder; @ Gap .039. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks in advance.

Why would you want to use anything other than the same ones they put in at the factory, which were Bosch? To save a few dollars on a component that lasts 100,000 km?

Mine ml has ngk in it now, but I just got the vehicle and haven't driven it much. I have no idea how the current plugs have performed, but I pull one out and they need replaced from wear.

Bosch plugs

Bosch plugs for my '03 ML 500 ..... 7422 Bosch, same as FR8DPP33 (OE Bosch plug). I think your ML may use same plug as ML 500 except 12 instead of 16.

I think I will put bosch back in the car. It has ngk iridium in it now, but since I just got the vehicle I have no history on their performance.

That is not completely true. M/B has used both at the factory.

I wasn't saying all MLs had Bosch, I was just guessing that his particular 98 ML originally had them. A review of the manuals suggests that Bosch and Beru were used from MY98 through MY02, except in ML55 AMG that used Bosch in MY01 and NGK from MY02 to MY03.
