ml 2.7 automatic 2003
w163 merc270 cdi BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH
When replacing the brake light switch should the battery be disconnected first or does it not matter
Any advice much appreciated

No you do not have to disconnect the battery.

If you have a 270, 2003 and up there is no Brake Light Switch.
