yes about month ago filled up resefvoir and the hose leaked/came off and reservoir emptied

 

What about posts 23 and 24?

 

no power to radio
will check parking brake as soon as can just got to work for 20 mins

You will have to access the Traction Control Module which is attached to the ABS Hydraulic Unit. Remove the appropriate headlight or the wheel liner on that side to gain access.

Washer fluid has a serious affect on the connector and its wiring. Remove it and inspect it thoroughly. Remove the covering of the harness and inspect for corrosion and wires touching each other or broken.
