1999 E55 AMG

replacing upper front control arm

I need to replace my upper front left control arm on my ML320 but can't remove
bolts from bushings, shock absorber is in the way.
Any advice?

It stands to reason that if something is blocking the removal of the bolt then that something must be removed.
