2002 Mercedes ML500
Bose 163 amp HELP!
I have my Bose 163 amp pulled out of my 2002 ML500. I am wondering where I can get it tested or how I can test it myself to narrow down the problem. Head unit seems to be working but no sound. Dealership says they cannot test it, car audio shops said they cannot test it either. Please help

For those members who experience no sound coming from any of the speakers, but the rest of the functions are operational, perform the following:
1. key out of ignition.
2. for 1998-2001 ML's, remove fuse #21 in the underhood fuse/relay box.
for 2002-2005 ML's, remove fuses #21 & #40.
3. wait ten seconds and reinsert.
4. then enter the Radio Code.
