Should I stay or should I go?
Trade my 2000 ML320 with 135,000 miles or trade out ASAP? I have already replaced the catalytic converter, MAF Sensor, front brake rotors and calipers. I know I want to replace the transmission fluid, put on some Bilstein sport shocks, get the harmonic balancer before it gets me, put on MY 2002 halogen headlights (BiXenon would be nice but too expensive), and buy some step bars and bull bar.
The question is should I or should I buy a more reliable Mercedes like an E-Class AWD?
Like to get your opinions.

it depends,
do you need all wheel drive?
if no....i would sell.
135k is a lot of miles.
combine that with a new model on the
horizon...time to sell.
