there is a slot that you need a special tool, for, but, i was able to use 2 small metal skewers on either side and it popped it out easy peasy....there are tabs inside the slot that need to be pressed, i think it was towards the outside that it needs to go, but you will hear a noise when you do it correctly and then it will just pop out! GL (google removal and you will see)
