Does anyone out there happen to have a regional management contact for Mercedes?
I live in Atlanta and have taken all I can possibly stand from my incompetent dealership. I want to raise this to the next level. Does anyone have a name and/or email address?
Thanks,
DRB

to HQ in Germany (think it was Germany) - but to no avail. MB doesn't listen to 'little people' anymore, they're too busy counting their profits.
By the time they do start to listen it'll be too late for this once great and mighty brand...

While I have had some issues with my ML (but no more than what I've seen with US makes,) my experience with them over numerous vehicles has been extremely positive. My current C32 is a blast. Can't wait to pick up an E55.Originally posted by timdf

Seems like you got a lemon. I would have made them buy that car back under your state's lemon law. I might change dealers too while you're at it.
