Where to buy real Xenon headlight bulb?

Where to buy real Xenon headlight bulb?
Please advice if anybody knows where can i buy an extra xenon bulb for the factory installed xenon headlight system on my ML 320 2001. Dealer sells $300 per xenon bulb.
Also, it seems like Mercedes xenon lights are not bright as Lexus or Acura, is it easy to adjust the headlight to beam lower so we can see the road in front. Does anybody who have xenon lights on ML experience for what i observe?

Thanks for your replies. It is a whole lot less inexpensive than going thru dealer. My xenon still works fine. I am just a kind of guy who like to stock extra parts. You never know when you are going to need them.
