ML God, What's What with my oil please

ML God,
First thanks for your advice with the tie rod ends, they couldn’t have been easier (Took about a half hour). I also replaced the inner tie rod and that to was a piece of cake. Now to my question.

I had the engine rebuilt less than 5000 miles ago due to high oil consumption. MB picked up most of the cost I paid about $600.00 for work that was not covered. What has me concerned is the oil. If I run the engine after it has sit for the weekend and check the oil when it is still hot it has a milky appearance (see pictures). It seems to dissolve back into the oil after a while and the oil then looks normal.

Any ideas?
