Fuse box wiring


Could someone please help me with the three terminals posted above. I am re wiring my 1998 ML320 and i need to reconnect these. One of the big red wires on the right is coming from the battery, I believe i have the other two red ones identified. not sure as to the wires coming off the post to the left. This picture is not of my vehicle, but the closest i could get to try and help me out.

Take a photo of all the cables that you do not know where they go.
