Looking for TCM in ML270 CDI.
Hi all,
Wondering if I could get some help finding the Transmission Control Module in my 2002 ML270 CDI. It is a RHD model - I've heard the TCM should be 'above the gas pedal' but I can't find it. I have also had a look in the MB workshop manual however the diagrams and instructions in it are surprisingly unhelpful.
I've heard of an issue in which some kind of fluid (be it oil, transmission fluid or whatever) sometimes finds its way into the TCM, and I suspect there is an issue with mine.
Has anyone else had more luck finding it? Or would anyone be able to supply more detailed instructions?
