Battery disconnect cleared it

Battery disconnect cleared it
I did the battery disconnect and it cleared the CEL. It did return a day later, but I assume that it is due to the fault still being present and clearing the error code with an OBD II reader would have the same result.
I don't think I want to invest $130 in an ODB reader, but we'll see.
