hey all,

went to fill 'er up today on my way to do some errands. by the time i got to the gas station, i wasn't fully warmed up yet, so i let it running while filling up.

filled up, put the cap back on, got my receipt and got back in. first thing i noticed was that the reserve light was blinking...first time this has ever happened (never happened previous times when fueling with engine on). What does this mean? I shut the car off and restarted and it went away.

I've had that before, it's just to let you know there is a vapor leak in the fuel system (if I recall correctly).

basically it's nothing to worry about.

yeah, i'm guessing because i had the engine on and the gas cap was off. it's all good now, hasn't happened since.

It is in the manual, if you dont put the cap on tight!
