Mercedes ML500 Vibration W163

I have a 2004 Mercedes ML500 W163 with 150k, there is a pretty strong vibration that starts after 50mph and gets worse as the speeds goes up. I have replaced engine mounts and I have a transmission mount on its way. But when driving even if I coast the car in neutral the vibration is still there. So that leads me to believe it's nothing to do with that. I have replaced rims and tires but nothing. New front wheel bearings and center bearing. New right cv shaft. New front diff fluid. I'm thinking it could be a front diff as the vibration is worse in the front then in the back. I really don't want to take it to the stealership because the one where I live has screwed me many times with my other mercs. Before I dump more money into this or sell the car as is does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Second request, UPDATE YOUR PROFILE.

Did you replace all those parts because they were defective or did you think they were causing the vibration?

How do I update my profile? I replaced them because I thought they were defective. But upon Inspection they all seemed ok but I replaced them anyways.

Is the vibration at the steering wheel?

Is the steering wheel straight when driving on hwy.? Does it pull to one side?

Has the entire suspension been checked by an alignment shop? Has an alignment been done?

About 13 days ago you asked how to update your profile and to date it has not been done. Was it too much of a request?

No you didn't get it done. My problem is I supplied you with directions and you didn't update your profile. Watch my attitude, or what?

Why does it concern you whether I do it or not. It's so easy to have an attitude over the internet.

Forget everything and go it alone with your problem.

Just update it, the reason is that Maj. Dundee and some users (me included) have access to the official EPC and WIS databases, if we plug your VIN in there, a lot of the time its so easy to help you. Even within the W163 category there are config differences between models, they all share alot, but sometimes its way off. VIN would let us know your config, and help you.

i suggest you make peace with Maj. Dundee, he has helped me loads in the past.

I appreciate his help. I used the link he provided to update what I could. I'm not sure exactly what he wants done. I am more than willing to do what's needed to be done and can cooperate in any way.

I will get it updated when I have access to a computer. For now I am just using my phone. Thank you for the help and I will get it taken care of. My apologies.
