Yes, if it seems to run reasonably well drive it but have the dealer check the computer to see exactly which component needs attention. Its most likely one of the emmission control sensors such as one of the o2 sensors or the MAF sensor. But, get it fixed as long term operation could possibly cause some damage

a car that can't do the throttle reset.
if it drives fine...ou can dirve it. if there is a real issue, the car will let you know. the problem could be something emissions systems related, or as easy as a loose fuel cap. try tightening the fuel cap til you hear at least 3 clicks...then drive around a while and it might go away.
