2001 ML320 parasitic battery drain from radio?cd/ phone fuse #21
I have a 190ma drain with fuse in, with fuse removed only 30ma. Battery goes dead in 2-3 days when not driven. How can I fix this?

Fuse #21 is dedicated to the sound system, radio and amp.
How did you determine the amp draw? It should have been, key out of ign., probes of DVOM on both fuse contacts.

I wired ammeter between negative post and negative cable, key out, waited an hour, then pulled fuses one at a time and found #21 had biggest impact. Next day same process but only focused on #21- 190ma in, 30ma out.
I use a battery tender but it is a pain and since it is my wife's vehicle that she rarely uses, she is afraid to disconnect tender herself.

Do a search for tele-aid battery drain and see if you have any of those symptoms. Otherwise it is the MCS. Ditch the tender and pull the fuse until you can replace or repair the MCS. You don't want to damage the battery. You don't need the special tool to remove the radio - search for diy removal.
