When we ordered our ML500 with almost everything except
parktronics, dealer offered $500 over their invoice, and we took it.
That was close to the end of last year, I think you should be able
to get the same deal or even better.

some dealers will try to test you with $1k or $1500 off MSRP or nothing off, market stuff, etc. it's all bs. I got well over 5% below MSRP and that was aggressive, but expect to get, or rather push for 3% to 4% off MSRP as a good deal, try for more and see what you get. Waiting may have some other downside, but if they have it in stock, dealing at lower price is much easier since they want to get rid of inventory. So, check out a few dealers to see what they have.
