2000 ML 320 12v outlets / cig lighter not working
I had been using the 12v outlet under the glove box - had never user the rear compartment 12v or cig lighter - when the under glove outlet went out I tried all 3 - none work now. Replaced the under glove 12v outlet as pieces seemed loose - no help. Fuses are good - under hood for rear 12v and cig lighter and passenger well fuse for the under glove outlet. Is there a relay that controls all? Other ideas? Thanks.

To use the cigar lighter the key must be in pos. #2 or the eng. running and is controlled by fuse #2 in the R/S kick panel fuse box.
Both the front and rear 12v sockets are hot at all times. Front socket is controlled by fuse #6 in R/S kick panel fuse box & the rear socket is controlled by fuse #17 in the underhood fuse box.

Thanks - all fuses looked good but I replaced them anyway. I replaced the front R/S 12v outlet as parts seemed loose. No success. Could there be a relay that controls all three? Any other idea is appreciated.

There is no relay, they are fed directly.
