ML500 brake fluid disappearing2002 ML and no leak

2002 ML500 150K miles my brake fluid would disappear and i do not see any leak

Being that we do not know where you live, check the lines running alongside the chassis body. Over time, the lines tend to corrode at the plastic bracket/keeper.

They can also leak into the brake booster or cabin, which may not be readily apparent. Check the bottom of the booster for wetness/rust/corrosion, and look inside where the pedals go through the body to see if there's fluid coming down.
