Have you checked the coolant level in the the reservoir? What color is it?
The compressor is automatically shut down when there is a cooling problem, in order to protect the compressor.
The temperature gauge goes up to what degree?

Oh wow, thats why i couldn't fill up my ac system with refrigerant? my compressor kick in and then after few seconds shuts off and it didnt pull the refrigerant. I was thinking its because its cold outside. had my radiator and condenser replaced did the thermostat too. and for some reason the big rubber house that comes from the thermostat feels full of air and the one at the bottom same way. Started the car let it heat up but still for some reason it feels like ther is no coolant in them houses. had my heat on on high, was working fine. Am i doing something wrong?

Two codes came up P0115 (Engine Coolant Temp Circuit Malfunction) P0455 ( Evap Emmissions systems). which could be possible through off sensor cause on my dash it would state "Coolant level low" after driving that would go away. But no leaking nor overheating everything is normal coolant leak was repaired in the past. P0455 I can only assume as well that it could be to my faulty and ****ty replacement gas cap, but wouldn't the warning light flash? otherwise I do not see any noticeable signs of these two codes. Drives great I have to jump it from time to time when it dies. Bu it won’t die for 2 or 3 days after jump.My car right now will crank but won’t turn over it has a pick n pull battery that doesn’t even fit the whole battery tray in it from last owner I wonder if that is the problem. I haven’t tried to jump it again yet.
