If I recall, navi was an option on the ml320s. You sure you have navi on yours?
Also, I believe any navi discs (about 10 discs? not sure) only go up to year 2009 maybe?
Your better off swapping this with a replacement present model double din with gps. way cheaper and up-to-date.

Don't know you location so I cant give you a part number but there are 9-10 separate disc you will need for the full country.
Also, and I am assuming you have the CD based one, the newest disc I believe you can get is 2004.
If you have the DVD, the newest disc you can get is 2008
If i still had the cd unit I would chuck it. I have the DVD one and just updated the disc and for dallas its complete enough. the 2002 disc was just awful
