Ml270 cdi vibration at idle and shudder under acceleration
My ML270cdi 2002 model vibrates after startup at idle and shudders under acceleration, especially up hill. Engine mounts and transmission mount have been replaced.

There is a good chance the one or both cat converters are blocked.
Purchase a Exhaust Back Pressure Gauge. Remove the front O2 sensor and install the tool. Then run the engine at idle and then at 2,500 RPM and any reading over ZERO on the gauge means the the cat is faulty.
