Noisy ML......
I have huge rattles at the back seats when the road is bumpy. It's very annoying, I keep wondering if it is a Merc that I am driving. Also, at the steering wheel when you adjust to the lowest position possible it makes noise when you turn the wheels. That's rediculous. Not meant to be picky or anything, my seat (driver's seat) squels over rough roads too !!!!!
Do the problems above occur to anyone? If so, any tips on improving the reduction of those disturbing noises? Any information given is highly appreciated.

Most of the rattling in the back seat area is probably coming from those plastic covers (between the rear seat and the cargo area) that cover the footwell for the third row seats. Try taking them off and see if the noise goes away. I've heard that some people purposely put items on top of these covers to quiet them down. Hope this helps!

I tried taking them off and it only helps alittle. Not Whole lot, Well...I am gonna see what the dealer can do about it next time when I take my car to service.

Notice that the door latches on the MLs rear doors are noise maker too ....
I think MBZ has an updated version of the latches.
gosh a camry noise level is much lower than my benz.
