You haven't said why you want to replace them, but most replacements did not end well. Screws that have been in their for 15 yrs. usually break and drilling them out is not an easy task. Then your headliner is at risk because of water entry.

2004 ML350 Roof Rail Replacement in chrome
My roof rails are fading and in need of replacement. I want to replace them with new chrome ones but I've been unable to locate them. If you know where I can purchase these please help. Thanks
