1998 w163 fusedbox Please identify wire PED 11

Dear all

I have a 1998 w163 early version - please identify this wire:

White - has PED 11 on the connector and the following stamped on the insulation - #2513 - - X 13 / 3 - X - > X 7A (I think)

This is a single white wire that is in the fuse box

Connector PED11

numbers / letters on insulation

Clean PED 11 connector and look for a 10 digit part number, e.g. xxx xxx xx xx.

Also, the wire number is unintelligible.
