Is there a DIY oil cooler service/replacement thread anywhere for an ML 500?
Just found out that the light brown sludge in my radiator expansion tank is coming from my oil cooler.
Had a local MB wrench diagnose the problem, stating the seals and cooler need renewal, very good
shop owner, with great reviews here in S. Florida,... appreciated his diligence, advice and free estimate
which was more than I could swing right now, so I'm hoping someone can provide some assistance and
advice to get it done as a DIY,... I know I need to do a flush afterwards,... any advice from members of
this forum would be greatly appreciated. My vehicle is a 2003 ML 500.
