It's called a styling bar, bull bar, brush guard, etc.

ps: thanks for that info.. you are the first person to confirm that fitment issue (from everything i searched).... I don't expect that to be a problem... i will look to modify of fabricate new brackets for it to fit.

still looking if anyone has a lead on one / has one for sale. thanks !
