Chime for low hydraulic fluid - disconnect

I own a 1993 MB 500 SL, and I am having two front hydraulic cylinders rebuilt in three weeks time. In the interim I would like to disconnect the annoying “low hydraulic fluid chime” that is on constantly while driving. Can anyone offer suggestions in order to disconnect until cylinders are rebuilt and replaced?
