looking for advice

Hi all,

I recently purchased an 02 ML320; I've been looking into some appearance mods for it, and was wondering if there were any particular places that were recommended? Specifically for Manik brush guards and tail light guards..

I was also wondering if anyone had experience having 3rd party headrest monitors installed? The body shop I went to said that they wouldn't do custom installs, and that they recommended I order a brand that had the ML320 headrest matched ($1500 for a set of two).. There are plenty of other brands that are under $300 a piece for 7" LCD's (which also usually come with brackets).. I guess I'm just asking for some advice on what to do with it. Worth it? Waste of time? etc.

For Manik, do a search on Yahoo! or you can go to www.performanceproducts.com and try there. As for the monitors, I would also suggest the $1500 monitors, mainly because it looks very flush, and looks very good, the match of the headrests are perfect, my friend bought them for his E430 and they look incredible. He bought them from Best Buy, it included wireless headphones, tv tuner, and a slim dvd player that they mounted under his glove box.

Heres the pic of the same monitors from Best Buy, the company is ICON, they look very good, and I do plan on doing this for my ML320 as well.

Yeah I have a friend who actually has those (well, $1500 ones anyway, not sure if its the same brand). Thing is that I'd be saving a ton of money by having them cut in (under $1000 after labor..)

That does look very nice though Maybe I'll just save up
