A/C hose vast difference in prices

Continuing the recommissioning of my 1998 ml 320, had to purchase a new A/C hose - condenser to compressor.
There is an huge difference in price on ebay. I purchased the one made in China - new for about $15.00
The Mercedes original is over $200 (admittedly it looks like it comes with the pressure sensor)
what are your thoughts?

Why ask now?
You already sealed the deal.
There are other suppliers online, you do realize that, right? pelican parts, mb online, maybe Amazon, etc....
imo, you get what you pay for. Other items, like oem MAF vs. generic MAF.
Not a fan of China made critical components such as the above, unless they have a track record with members.

Let us know how this holds up.

PAG 45 1998 ml320 AC oil capacity

Have replaced 1 AC hose, the expansion valve, dryer and AC compressor (shipped dry)
Question is how much PAG 45 oil to add to system?
Below is from a chart I found A/C Parts House:Automotive Air Conditioning Specialist: R134a27.00PAG 46

it calls for 8oz of oil.

what would you guys recommend, as I am sure there is some residual oil in the system.

Thanks from PDG

Hi
Thank you for your reply
seems to be about 3oz then
Should the oil be poured directly into the new compressor ?
