Should I buy a 2003/4 ML 350?

I would like to get some feedback from the ML350 owners. Are you happy with your purchase, would you do it again, any problems that couldn't be resolved? I presently drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a V-8. I've owned 3 Jeeps and never had a serious problem..I'm ready for something nicer and ever since MB came out with the ML, I've wanted one. I test drove a 320 and loved it but need more passing power. So all you 350 owners or previous owners, would you buy another? What options do you consider a must have?

2006 ML 350
I love my 2003 ML 350. I had a 1999 ML and purchased the 2003 6mos ago with 5000 miles. Huge difference. My 99 was problem free, but this truck(Inspiration) is more refined. Great on road and it comes with free maintenance which is a big deal with the cost of routine service in your dealer. NO negatives....you will love it.I have also owned a Gran Cherokee and there is no comparison.

Get a 2003 or newer model, from a reliability standpoint these have been the best. They leave, and pretty much only come back for service work.

There was no difference between the 2002 and 2003 model years except for the availability of the DVD nav module (which you can put into an '02 just as easily), so 2002 and newer is your best best. But you're already saying '03/'04, so that's not a concern.

There's not really that much difference between the ML320 and the 350 - if you're used to a V8, you might want to check out the 500, though of course that comes at an added expense...
