Any idea what this is?

I was poking around under the car today trying to figure out my evap issue.

In the rear passenger wheel well I noticed this wire poking out that looks cut. I traced the rest of the wires but they go to a connector that is capped.

The other set of wires coming out of the grommet goes to the wheel speed sensor.

Thanks

The Pink & Orange wires go to the Left Rear VSS and the White & Green wires go to the Right Rear VSS.

What about the severed one?

The wires coming out of left side of that grommet go to that capped connector. What is that?

You must find the other end in one of the two corrugated tubing.

The wires coming out of left side of that grommet go to that capped connector.

Isn't that green line a wiring harness? They branched off the main harness to send wires to the rear sensors and put a protective cover over it.
