Weird Headlight Issues
Good Afternoon MBWorld!
Would anyone happen to have an electric schematic for a 99' ML320?
I'm having an issue with my lights turning on normally and then as soon as I use a blinker the whole assembly shuts off. Sometimes using the high beams, using the left blinker, or just moving the blinker stick itself slightly seems to turn the light back on. Sometimes it just refuses to come back on at all!
I have attached an unlisted YouTube link so you can follow what I mean by the lights going on and off by just using the blinker assembly.
Be wary that it does not always respond like this as sometimes nothing seems to turn the assembly back on, I have done work around the fuse box in the past such as removing the brake booster and such so I'm wondering if maybe an old wire might have gotten snapped or something. Perhaps its time to do a bunch of continuity checks on the electrical?
Thanks everyone!

When you have the high beams on and the left signal on and the high beams go out, slightly lift up the signal arm and the high beams will return.
If so, you need a new Combination Switch.
