2002 Mercedes Benz ML320
Would the warranty cover this?
i have 29k miles, and 31k miles is coming up when i go and change the oil, the brakes might be feeling a bit worn, but what do i know? , is there a way the warranty can cover replacing the stock brakes and rotors with AMG or Brabus performance brake pads and rotors?

Your warrenty on brakes runs out at 12,000 miles and on the issue of them doing a upgrade, I dought it but you can always ask. Autogunner.

LOL no, there's no way they'll warranty an upgrade for you, especailly not one that's aftermarket like Brabus.
