I checked the wiring down by the headlight only saw one wire that had been rubbing but it looked ok so wrapped it up and repositioned the harness.

I rebuild the abs motor with new brushes but the old brushes werent worn out so that was not the problem. But I havent been able to test the motor to ensure it works at any stage. Bridging the relay on pins 30 and 87 doesnt do anything... Bear in mind this is a 2004 year model iv heard the relay is different or something to the older cars where people were bridging them to get the abs pump to work?

I checked the ABS relay (should of done this first but anyway) EDIT: I get 12volts on pin 30 and 10volts on pin 87???? Relay removed and just two bits of wire jammed in each fuse board connectors pin 30 and 87 for that relay.

That doesnt that seem right does it? How can there be voltage on both those pins with the relay out?
