Transmission Delay

I've got an 04-ML350, When I bought it used in 2011 it had 53K Miles. I had bought an extended warranty from MB. I presented with a delay from park to drive of about 3-5 seconds, so the dealer went through the transmission replace one-way clutch and pump, but no valve body, it made no difference.
A year later after the warranty ran out, it started back up. I decided to live with it, until now it's at 105k, and taking sometimes 10 seconds to kick into drive, sometimes if I get on it and the trans. kicks down, it will totally kick out of gear and I have to coast until the trans. will re-ingage. Any one?

First do a trans. fluid and filter change. Using any of the ones in the chart.
