ML350 misfire help

ML350 misfire help
2003 ML350 3.7L V6, 225,000 miles. Was running great, but floored it the other day trying to merge into highway traffic and the engine started hesitating, and now is running rough both at an idle and when under load.
Was getting the following codes initially: P0306, P0422, P0432, P200B, P207E, P2050, P2054.
I tried tackling the #6 cylinder misfire first by buying a new set of coil and swapping one out at #6 (left rear cylinder, if I understand correctly). Started the car up again, and it's still running rough at idle and under load. Cleared the codes and re-scanned, and now I'm getting: P0306, P2050.
Any recommendations on next steps?

I've had P0305 twice and both times it was the ignition wire. the first time, it showed green (oxidized copper?) and the second time there was no visible damage. But both times after changing cable (first as part of 100k service), it addressed the code.
