Feeler: Custom Forged 22" Wheels For Sale.
Just a feeler, I have custom ordered 22x9.5 NC Forged 6 Spoke Wheels with a +35 offset and 5x112 bolt pattern. They are in a brushed aluminum finish (looks like alloy) with exposed rivets, and with a 4" lip with a high polish finish. The wheels come with 285/35/22 Nitto NT555 Extreme Tires. These wheels are still on order and will be shipped within the next 2 weeks. I paid $5500 for these... make an offer. Just seeing how much I can get these for.

where did you order them from? do they have 20's? I like that 4" lip, but haven't found any rims with that offset with more than a 2" lip.
as for your price, i doub't you'll find any takers here at or near your $5500. especially for 22's. that wheel is too large for both looks and ride quality for the ML. 22's look good on Escalades, but the ML is significantly smaller so the wheel looks too large on it. I know I'll probably get slammed from some of you guys for this opinion, but it's why I won't even make an offer on these 22's.

pointman- right now isn't the wheel season (Winter is right around the corner) and I feel I can get a better deal on these wheels in the Spring, also 5500 is quite a bit for me at the moment and I'm having regrets spending that much when I could get a set (non-forged) for about 2500.
hecdog- 22's are not big at all, they look nice and noticable without pushing the envelope like Escalades do, the more looked upon ML's on the board had 22" wheels.

Only problem with 22" wheels for the ML is that 80% of the market who mass produce wheels with a certain bolt pattern, do not have the 5x112 pattern. About 55% have mass produced wheels in the 5x112 pattern but in 20" applications.
22's are the way to go... If you can find it, without going forged.

a car that can't do the throttle reset.
Vik, i was gonna say good luck with the sale... but i see you already got rid of them... nice.
as far as offset, any wheel you like contact the maufacturer, they are MORE than willing to make a one off.
Let me know what you decide to get, i might be able to get you a discount on certain wheels man.
