HELP: Moonroof tilt angle off!

1998 ML320 + 1985 AE86
solved: Moonroof crisis
When I pull my tilt swtich down on my 98 ML320 it usually tilts back down to flush with the roof line. But now it's tilts all the way down to the sliding in position making it impossible to close it tightly without stepping outside the car and adjust the tilt manually.
Anyone had similar problems before?
Need help soon... driving back down to LA tomorrow. =\

Follow up: I adjust the position of the moonroof to the closed position and then remove and reinsert the fuse {F4 (30A)} and it's working fine again for now. The fuse is not burnt ....
P.S. we need better electronics
