throttle body no response P0120
Hi everyone, the idle RPM of my 2001 ml320 was very low and sometimes made the engine stop. I then did the throttle body relearn, but after that the throttle body does not reponse to the acceleration padel. it is always at 5% openning, even when I press the acceleration padel to the floor, and ofcours the car can not accelorate. it reports code P0120.
Another strange thing is the relearn procedure can not start. when I turn the key to on position(before the engine starts). nothing happend. I remeber there was some kind of noise previously, indicating that the throttle boday is realearning.
I replaced the acceleration padel position sensor but nothing changed. I am now thinking if the throttle body itself is broken. I read some threads here, other possiblity would be wire and ECM problem? can anyone give some suggestions? thanks a lot.
