guys, does your driver seat shift if you shift your weight hard and suddenly forward? I cant get this resolved at the dealer like i would like it to be.

Mine doesn't. Here is a handy tip, when you cannot get results, and there IS a problem, call Mercedes. A report gets sent to the dealer regarding your call, and they will generally call you and set up an appt. to resolve the issue. At that point, if they say there is no problem, then there really isn't one. When at this level, the SPOM, shop foreman, and service manager are all involved. It is strictly a last resort, call constantly and stir the hornets nest, and you will be blown off.
You will need to speak with the service manager or shop foreman, and verify the complaint in their presence. If the complaint cannot be verified by them, then it doesn't exist.
