Noise coming from passenger side front wheel...

I started my day driving to work. When I reached 35-40 mph I heard a noise coming from the passenger side front wheel. I thought it was the transmition but the noise would only come when I reached 40 mph.
Could this be a bad bearing on that wheel?
I took the car to a tire shop to check the tires and they checked out fine?!
Its a 2000 Ml430 with 43000 miles.

Sounds like tires so far... what kind are they? MB's are real bad on tire noises. A wheel bearing is virtually unheard of, but possible. I would really need to get a better description, or see it in person to know for sure what it is.
