not too difficult... take the door panel off check to see if its the speaker that might be loose first... There is a foam surrond on the bose enclosure that would generally dampen any of the vibration... If you want to do it...let me know Ill take some pictures of door removal... or you can come by where I work(im an installer and have popped my doors off a few times) I work in watertown on saturdays mostly... PM me if interested... you can check my install out on sound domain...

The window on a driver side is loose so I would like to remove door panel and tighten it up. Could you send me some pictures on how to remove the door panel?
Thanks, Oleg

I have had my driver side door panel replaced twice under warranty for vibration...

I think its a design flaw...

The dealer told me, it is because the driver side door gets opened/closed lot more often than any other door, its door trim takes the maximum hit...that's why its panel starts rattling/vibrating with the speakers on.

At 80K miles, my third door panel has started to show signs of vibration...

I think, they should have desigined the driver side door panels a bit tougher than the rest...or designed all 4 just a bit more tougher to be able to take the vibration caused by the speakers...

Having the factory upgraded Bose sound system only makes it worse..

try some dynamat... it is sound proofing material, also increases the weight of panels and there strength guys... I have 8 sq ft in each door of dynamat extreme and my doors are SOLID!!! no vibration from anything and my system puts the bose to shame...
