I do not know pricing yet, I am guessing it should come in around 50k.

$50K? I guess it'll get up there when you include all the extra dealer fees and other little charges here and there, but it's a bit on the high side IMO for a V6 SUV (e.g. current-gen ML350's are going for mid-$30k's out the door). Then again, you'll be the first one on the block with a W164, and that's always nice .

I am getting mine at invoice so I dont mind loading it up.

Xenon's 890
Air suspension 1775
metallic Paint 690
Appearance package 3550
Sunroof 1390

Thats about 7200 in options so if you figure the car comes in around 43k that puts it at about 50k. I would imagine invoice should be around 46000. A well equipped cayenne v6 will come around the same price. Plus my signifigant other wants a benz.

Ah ok - that's pretty nice.

As for the Cayenne V6, your ML350 should definitely be better than that. One thing is, of course, the styling - personally I don't really like the design of the Cayenne -- and the other aspect is performance. Granted, none of these V6 SUV's are very fast, but the Cayenne V6 is quite slow for something with the Porsche badge on it. 0-60 in 9.1 seconds, top speed 133 (not electronically limited). The W164 ML350 is a bit faster - 0-60 in 8.4 seconds. The 3.5L V6, if it's tuned anything like it is in the SLK350, is quite peppy -- a lot more responsive than the 3.2L.
