Btw nav doesnt play Mp3s That really blows! But it has a sat radio tho, have to connect it somehow!
I'm glad i didnt get ML500, ML350 has just enough power and a very good milage for the car its size!
My baby in September will like driving in this SUV :p

How did you get the ML 500 grill free of charge? I totally agree that the black one is not attractive.
Ummm take some pics of the back seat area, center console, driver's door panel, intrument panel, the lighting above the front passengers inbetween the visors, and anything else that you think is cool!

small review i wrote.
Let me tell you, My pearents had MLS since 98! We had all of them, well almost! in 98 we had ML320 one of the first ones too, I drove it alot, and raced the hell out of it, back then i was 17, then in 2000 we came to Canada and bought ML430! Loved it, got my first ticket in Canada with it, racing a bmw 740 and passing an undercover cop @ 160 km/h on hwy7 OOOPS, then in 2002 we traded it in for ML55! Wow that thing i just loved! That was my first AMG experience ! Although i didnt like the brakes, and it leaned in corners, 4.6 of my buddy was way better!
Then I traded in ML55 for E55 at the end of 2004, My heart is steel in pain because i had let it go... It was the best car i had in my life so far! But Family comes first, so we decided that ML350 was way better and safer for me my wife and our baby! So after 6 month of ownership of E55 i picked up my ML350.
I love it, Power is very nice, i'm happy i didnt go with ML500 because i really wanted to, Power is just enough for the family trukc, milage is also very nice for the truck of its size, steering is perfect, way better then ML163 although it still leans in corners! But it is a big improvment over W163, Brakes are just awesome! It has alot of stoping power! interrior is very spacious and it grew in size by alot, i feel way more comfortable then in my E class, I really missed that spacious interriors I have a nav, it has a nice compas, and for some reason the nav doesnt play Mp3s as it was in my E class? It also has a Satalite radio, have to connect it soon. What else.... Ummm rear passangers have alot of legroom, more then W163, Deletion of central gearbox is also a nice advantage you have more place to store things, i like it. The overall controls for AC and all the other things are located very well and easy to reach/use. Consumption i got today overall city and some hwy driving 15l/100km not bad, My E55 was 20l/100 constantly so was my ML55!

Hi BoBcanada,
Since you have owned E55 and ML350. What is the gas mileage for these 2 cars? Is the E55 eat more gas than ML350?
I am drivning a 03 CLK320 now and planning to get a 4 dr by end of this year and these 2 cars are in my list. ^.^

well my E55 In the city was eating around 20 liters/100km and i was getting around 350km on a tank, ML so far eats 16/17 liters, and i already have somthing like 230km with more then a ahalf tank left.
