Well, it's only been 20 weeks since my invoice was submitted to MBUSA. Upon checking, I was promised the card within 2 weeks twice (8 and 4 weeks ago). I received no communication about this lack of action. I finally was made to feel like I was bugging them and they were doing me a favor by sending me the card. A wholly souring experience.

 

Wow, at last!! If it took you 20 weeks I guess I should have mine in another 10!!

Nope, only if you had purchased/leased a W163 prior and received the letter in the mail. Believe the offer has expired anyway.
