This is the usual dealer added profit scheme. They are probably applying a polymer coating (Zaino is one), but it will not last forever and coan be done far leass expensively yourself.
so 695 bucks for inside and out is not a deal, it,s a leased car and i have a 20 month old baby who likes to make a big mess.
Like GregW said, your dealer is trying to make additional money off you... Your car already has a clear coat paint job, the finish will look great for quite some time with minimal care. The really is no such thing as a "no wax" finish, even with this coating the dealer is talking about, you are still going to have to do something to the paint to make it look good (to remove water marks, scratches, road grime, bugs, etc..) Just use a good quality car wash and cleaner wax, you'll be fine.
IMHO, this is a waste of money. Plus, you'll be giving the car back after the lease, right? But this is your car and your money...
As for the interior, get some 3M Scotchgard spray for the carpets and Lexol Ph cleaner for the seats.

A lot of dealer ( every make) offer this. As stated above it is just an added profit to them. exterior is just a coating that needs redoing every 2 years ( about) The interior is even more bogus, its just an expencive skotch gaurding that you could do for much , much less. - my two cents worth....
Rod
For the exterior; your better off putting a few coats of wax on during the yr.
As for the interior; probably can find a better place to do it for wayy cheaper
