Airmatic Noise

I have the Airmatic suspension and lately I noticed it has a high pitch whine when left parked for awhile ann hour or so. It sounds like it is coming from the driver side wheel well. I noticed that the air shocks do bleed out at rest. The sound is different though. Any others experiening this?

Never heard that one. What I do get is after being parked for a while is a slight noise when the driver's door is opened. What I was told about that is that its the car leveling itsef and its normal. Tried it on several airmatic ML's and got the same noise.

Yes, I have experienced the high pitched whine as you describe. So far though, other than the possibility of hearing loss to my dogs who sleep in the garage with it, there have been no other ill affects.
