IPOD Integration Low Volume
I had IPod integration put in my vehicle, what I noticed is at full volume the Ipod sound is about 1/2 of what my normal radio volume is. Has anyone had this problem?

Yes, although I wouldn't say it's half for me... enough to require a more than minor volume adjustment for sure. I think it's more of a function of the iPod than the integration kit.
I had a Belkin autokit (which included a built-in amp) which allowed me to connect my iPod to the aux RCA inputs of the Becker head unit in my other car (and charge the iPod). I was able to adjust the output level to my head unit to match up the volume of the CD player with it. I think the Dension icelink allows something like 2 or 3 levels of volume adjustment. I don't know if the integration kit has anything like that since I had an installer do it for me and never actually looked at it.
I only listen to the iPod anyway it doesn't bother me.

ML 350 & 97' 4Runner
I have been using my iPod in my ML and I haven't had any problems. I'm using the older iPod ( iPod with dock connector ). I did update my iPod
( http://www.apple.com/ipod/download/ ) to make sure all the software is updated.
Hope this helps.

Well Mercedes finally confirmed today that they are aware of the problem. They also informed me that there is not going to be a fix for it anytime soon. I am getting them to remove the integration, I paid $875 for it. I can get a great Monster connector for $50
